Are you trying to change your procrastinator habit this year?

Procrastinator's Checklist

Use this tool to help you.

1. On a sheet of paper, write down all of the things you don’t want to do.

2. Cross out anything that is urgent. Do those as soon as possible.

3. Put circles around the items that have the most impact when completed.

4. Categorize the circles by how much time you think it will take to do.

5. Put anything you can do in five minutes on the Five Minute List. Then, move to the Ten Minute List until all the lists are full.

6. Wait a day. Are you still thinking about what you wrote on the list?

If so, your list is accurate.

Weekly use will decrease your stress, free your mind, and boost your mood.
