Here’s an opportunity to start over from the bottom up. Are your goals really new? Maybe you’re recycling because you don’t know what to do differently. Here are a few suggestions.
1. Remove any resolution you had on last year’s list.
2. Get rid of the resolution list.
3. List three outcomes you want for 2020. Remove any resolution you had on last year’s list.

Recycling is great for the environment, but it isn’t a great way to move forward. If a resolution shows up year-after-year on some list, it’s either something you shouldn’t have or something you don’t really want.
List three outcomes you want to accomplish for the rest of the year.
1. Work backwards by visualizing three outcomes.
2. Next, determine what you need to do so you can achieve each one.
3. Decide what you are willing to give up to make #2 happen.
Be careful not to get bogged down on #2. You can add more later. Your answers to #3 are the most important because it gauges how strength of your motivation.
You have to know what you are willing to give up to get what you want.
