Practice Life Daily – Day 3

The world is awake. Are you?

People do so many things without thinking. It’s easier and efficient. Yet, it also means you can go through your days without paying attention to the things that make life good.

Before you start your evening routine, pause.

Was it a good day? What in your day gave you energy? How many times did you laugh?
Did you learn anything new?

If you aren’t satisfied with your answers, choose an intention for tomorrow. Here are some examples.

I will notice the first laugh of the day.
I will learn one new thing.
I will have a good day.
I will find ways to energize myself.
